Ultrasound Photos

So, here we are, 36 or so weeks into the pregnancy. We went for the final ultrasound today. Everything appears to be normal thus far. According to the measurements, he is already somewhere around 6 lbs and 7 ounces. Doctor thinks he will arrive before his November 28th due date. Guess we will see what happens. Anyways, hope you enjoy the photos.

Baby Shower

Here are some pictures from my baby shower thrown by friends at FBC Sheffield. It was a brunch on Saturday with lots of good food. Many friends were there, and I got sooo many adorable gifts that I can't wait to use! Thank you to all of you who organized my baby shower and brought food and gifts. I enjoyed it so much. For those of you that haven't seen me in a while(These are for you Jenny!), there are some pictures of me in all my pregnant glory. I am now 35 weeks pregnant and counting down. Just a note: I am counting down, but my size is certainly not going down.

Here is a picture of the food table, with several of the goodies I ate too much of!

This is a picture of Erica, my sister, and me while opening gifts. Erica crocheted the blanket for me that is sitting on my lap. On the center square is the crocheted head of a sock monkey! She had to buy a sock monkey to match the blanket. More sock monkey crocheted gifts are promised to follow.

Here is the picture some of you have been waiting for...Jennifer eight and a half months pregnant! I have certainly grown bigger over the last few weeks and those of you who have watched me grow can attest to that!

The Nursery

Here is the nursery...boats, boats, and more boats!

Can I hear a "ROLL TIDE!"?
Wow, two posts in one night. Pretty impressive, huh? Anyways, pictures of the nursery are above. Special notice to those Kentucky/Louisville/Tennessee/Auburn/any other school besides Alabama...the bear is officially a Bama fan.

The dogs....

Maggie

Prancer

So, as most of you know, we have two dogs, a Pug and an Old English Sheepdog. We pretty much treat them like children, but guess we will see how that changes in the next few months. So, since I'm experimenting with this blog, I will attempt to post pictures above of Maggie and Prancer. If this works, expect to see pictures of the nursery next.

The Starting Line

So, here is our first shot at the blogging world. Not sure how we'll do, but we'll somehow figure it out. Hopefully we will keep this site updated with our family information, especially the upcoming baby. Hope you enjoy.
